These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use The Studio Project's website or services if you do not accept all the terms stated here.
1. General Terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with The Studio Project, whether online, via email, or in person. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Orders + Payment.
All orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
3. Production + Turnaround Times.
Standard production time is typically 2-3 weeks from the date of payment and design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee but are subject to our production capacity. Delays due to external factors such as supplier issues, shipping carrier delays, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of The Studio Project.
4. Design + Customization.
Customers must provide high-resolution artwork files for printing. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files. A proof will be provided for approval before production. Once approved, we are not liable for errors in design, spelling, or placement. We reserve the right to refuse designs that include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted materials.
5. Returns, Refunds + Exchanges.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is a defect or issue with your order due to our mistake, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or partial refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless the product is defective.
6. Shipping + Delivery.
Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier. The Studio Project is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipping due to incorrect addresses will incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property.
By providing artwork, you confirm that you have the rights to use it. The Studio Project is not liable for copyright infringement claims. Any designs, mockups, or concepts created by The Studio Project. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the customer in writing.
8. Liability + Disclaimers.
The Studio Project is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. All merchandise is sold "as is," and we do not guarantee suitability for specific purposes beyond those stated.
9. Governing Law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego, California.
